Nestled between sea and hills, a terroir that is never rushed — a bastide, vineyards, and all the time it takes.

Since the Beginning

One same land, never rushed.

The estate stretches across the hills of the Gulf, where the light slowly fades over the rows of vines. Nothing here was built to impress — the bastide, the cellars, the lavender-lined paths have stood for generations, tended with the same quiet rigour.

MAISON AURA does not seek to produce more, but to produce rightly — three cuvées, three intensities of light, carried by a single terroir.

The Terroir

Limestone soil, a sea breeze.

Clay-limestone on the surface, well-drained below — the estate's soil sets its own limits. The nearby sea tempers the summers, and the surrounding scrubland lends a subtle salinity that runs, like a thread, through each of the three cuvées.

The Craft

The art of the vine, without haste.

Hand-picked harvests, deliberately limited yields, plot-by-plot vinification — every gesture on the estate answers one question: what would we do if we weren't in a hurry?

The Bastide

A house, not a showroom.

Surrounded by cypress and lavender, the bastide remains, above all, a place of work — of harvests, of blending, of shared meals after picking. Its doors open, by appointment, to those who wish to discover it beyond a photograph.
